FairOne: for consumers, merchants and markets
Passber Ltd founders
In this consumer culture, being bombarded with pop-up advertisements, how can one ever fully know what is available, let alone make an informed choice? Andy Leung's FairOne might be the solution all shoppers are looking for!

FairOne serves as a one-stop advertising service for consumers by recording and using individualized shopping preferences. This works by allowing people to list the products they are interested in and provide a description of that choice, with the option to update preferences whenever they want to.

"First, we ask users for basic personal information and a selection of products and services. Next, the system upgrades preferences based on choices they make on our platform. Users can opt-out of anything they are uncomfortable with at any stage but over time the system will learn to understand them better," says Andy.

But FairOne is more than that. It is also a system that benefits merchants who pay a nominal charge of HK$1 only when a new user clicks on their advertisements.

More importantly, FairOne provides information on consumer behaviour by generating analytical reports on marketing campaign performance. With data privacy a top priority, all data gathered information is strictly anonymous.

"Our goal is to create a win-win ecosystem for business and consumers alike by making digital marketing flyers much more convenient and eco-friendly."

Passber Ltd was founded by a passionate group of eCommerce enthusiasts. The company is an incubatee of the HKFYG Jockey Club Social Innovation Centre and Hong Kong Science & Technology Park.
